نحن في تطبيق "حافلتنا" (Hafilatona) نولي سرية وخصوصية مستخدمينا البالغين (أولياء الأمور المعتمدين وسائقي الحافلات وإدارات النقل المدرسية) الأهمية القصوى، ونلتزم بامتثال كامل لسياسات الخصوصية الدولية والمعايير المعتمدة في متجري Google Play و Apple App Store.
1. طبيعة التطبيق والفئة المستهدفة
تطبيق "حافلتنا" هو أداة تنظيمية ولوجستية موجهة حصرياً للاستخدام من قبل الأفراد البالغين (أولياء الأمور، سائقي الحافلات المرخصين، والمشرفين). التطبيق لا يستهدف الأطفال والقُصّر ولا يحتوي على أدوات أو محتوى موجه للأطفال.
2. البيانات التشغيلية اللازمة لتقديم الخدمة
لا يقوم التطبيق بجمع أي بيانات غير ضرورية. يقتصر التعامل فقط على البيانات التقنية والتشغيلية اللازمة لربط المستخدم بحافلته وإتمام عملية التتبع بأمان:
- بيانات التحقق والدخول: الاسم ورقم الهاتف المعتمد لدى إدارة المدرسة للتحقق والمصادقة على تسجيل الدخول.
- بيانات خط السير الميداني: محطة الانطلاق ونقطة التوقف المحددة ضمن مسار الحافلة.
- الموقع الجغرافي اللحظي (GPS): موقع الحافلة أثناء ساعات الرحلة النشطة فقط لتمكين ولي الأمر من متابعة خط السير.
- معرّف التنبيهات (FCM Token): رمز برمجي تقني مجهول الهوية لإرسال إشعارات اقتراب الحافلة وانطلاق الرحلات.
🔒 سياسة استخدام الموقع في الخلفية (Background Location):
يطلب التطبيق إذن الموقع الجغرافي من هاتف السائق لغايات تشغيل الملاحة الميدانية ومشاركة موقع الحافلة مع أولياء الأمور المعنيين بتلك الحافلة فقط أثناء الرحلة. لا يتم تتبع السائق في أي وقت خارج إطار الرحلة المدرسية الرسمية.
3. مشاركة البيانات وحمايتها
- بيانات الحساب ومواقع الحافلات مشفرة بتقنيات SSL/TLS الحديثة.
- لا نقوم إطلاقاً ببيع أو تأجير أو مشاركة بياناتك مع أي شركات إعلانية أو جهات خارجية.
- يتم عزل بيانات كل مدرسة وحافلة عزلاً تاماً، بحيث لا يرى ولي الأمر إلا الحافلة المسجل بها فقط.
4. إدارة الحساب وحذف البيانات (Data Deletion)
نظراً لأن حسابات المستخدمين مرتبطة رسمياً بسجلات المدارس المشاركة في منظومة النقل، يحق لأي مستخدم (ولي أمر أو سائق) طلب إيقاف حسابه أو إزالة بياناته في أي وقت عبر:
- مراجعة إدارة المدرسة مباشرة: يقوم المشرف المختص بإلغاء تفعيل الحساب وحذف البيانات المرتبطة به من النظام فوراً.
5. الاستفسارات
لأي استفسارات إضافية حول آلية عمل التطبيق أو إعدادات الحساب، يرجى التنسيق المباشر مع إدارة المدرسة المعنية أو قسم النقل والحركة التابع لها.

At "Hafilatona", we are committed to safeguarding the privacy and security of our adult users (authorized parents, licensed drivers, and school transport administrations). We strictly adhere to the guidelines set forth by Google Play and Apple App Store.
1. Target Audience & Eligibility
The Hafilatona application is designed exclusively for adult users (parents/guardians and school bus drivers). The application is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
2. Operational Data Required for Service Functionality
The application does not collect unnecessary personal data. We strictly process technical and operational parameters essential for secure authentication and real-time transit coordination:
- Authentication Credentials: Name and authorized phone number registered with the school administration for secure sign-in verification.
- Transit Routing Parameters: Designated bus assignment, pickup/drop-off transit points, and route schedules.
- Real-Time Location (GPS): School bus geographic coordinates during active transit hours only, allowing parents to track the vehicle route.
- Notification Identifier (FCM Token): An anonymized technical token used solely to deliver real-time proximity and arrival alerts.
🔒 Background Location Policy:
Location data is collected from the driver's device exclusively during active bus trips to provide authorized parents with real-time transit tracking and proximity arrival notifications. Location tracking is strictly disabled outside active scheduled trips.
3. Data Sharing and Protection
- All data transmissions are encrypted using standard SSL/TLS protocols.
- We never sell, rent, or monetize personal data with third-party advertisers.
- Complete operational isolation ensures that parents can only access information related to their assigned bus.
4. Account Management & Data Deletion Requests
As user accounts are officially managed through the participating school transportation database, users (parents and drivers) may request deactivation of their account or removal of their operational data at any time:
- Directly via School Administration: The designated school transport coordinator can immediately deactivate the account and erase its operational records from the system.
